Once again, I am very happy and grateful to collaborate as a mentor in the Mentorship Program at IE University (School of Science & Technology), supporting new graduates from its master’s programs at the start of their professional careers. 🎓✨
Being part of this initiative always reminds me that mentoring is a two-way exchange (circular exchange): while we guide on professional strategy, career orientation, or decision-making, we learn from the energy, curiosity, and refreshed vision of the new generations. 🔄
The IE School of Science & Technology program stands out for approaching professional development from an integral perspective:
- Methodology and growth: leaning on tools like the GROW model (Goals, Reality, Options, and Way Forward) to define clear goals and concrete action plans.
- Personal sustainability: promoting essential values such as “Healthy, Humble, and Human”, well-being, and managing personal/professional balance.
